That is equivalent to at least one child in every classroom in the country. \nWe are here to support young survivors who have suffered domestic violence and abuse\, rape\, and sexual exploitation. From advocating for children through the justice system\, to providing specialist counselling\, we work hard to keep children and young people safe and support them with their recovery. \nWe talk to every child and young person in confidence\, listening carefully to their story and reassuring them that we believe them. Everyone is treated as an individual to provide the best support. We empower all our young clients\, sharing information with them so that they can make their own decisions. We are here to help them through new\, sometimes disquieting experiences\, including legal processes. We also help with other\, practical issues like accessing healthcare\, education and training\, and applying for a Criminal Injuries Compensation Award. \nHow you can help\n\nYour £5 ticket donation could pay for lunch for a child attending an outdoor wellbeing course that supports their recovery from abuse.\n\n\nIf you come to the concert with someone else\, together your £10 gift could pay for a distraction box containing items like a fidget spinners or journal that are especially chosen to support a child’s mental health issues.\n\n\nBy bringing 7 of your family\, friends or colleagues with you to our Community Carol Concert\, your £40 gift could pay for an hour’s counselling to help a child affected by domestic abuse.\n\nBook now to avoid disappointment\nBook your ticket today through the link below and help make a brighter future possible for children in Dudley and throughout the Black Country. \nCorporate sponsorship opportunities are also available\, please contact development@blackcountrywomensaid.co.uk to find out more. \nAbout Black Country Women’s Aid\nBlack Country Women’s Aid is our region’s leading provider of support to victims of domestic abuse and interpersonal violence.
