Twelve finalists from across the region will battle it out for the title in front of a live audience and judging panel at Spring Meadow Sports and Social Club, on Old Hill.
The contest, which began as a community talent show, has grown into a major grassroots showcase, drawing singers and performers from Dudley, Halesowen, Tipton, Oldbury, Cradley Heath, Stourbridge and beyond.
Heats over the past eight weeks have attracted hundreds of spectators and helped to uncover new local talent from across the Black Country.
Hosted by Black Country Radio’s Matt Dudley, the grand final will see the 12 acts perform across two rounds.
The winner will receive £250 in cash, a professional recording studio experience courtesy of Pirate.com, a slot at Black Country Multicultural Day 2026 and the title of Black Country You’ve Got Talent Champion.
They will then have less than 12 hours to prepare for their appearance at Black Country Multicultural Day, performing in front of thousands of visitors.
The judging panel features representatives from charities and community organisations including Black Country Foodbank, Bargains With Josh, Saleem Foundation, Bhangra Smashup and Black Country Radio.
As well as showcasing performers of different ages, backgrounds and musical styles, the competition is raising awareness and funds for the Black Country Foodbank and Headway Black Country, with a charity raffle planned on the night.
Event organiser Frankie Prazer said: “Some contestants entered the competition having never performed in front of a live audience before.
“Others are experienced performers looking to take the next step in their journey.
“For all of them, the competition is about confidence, opportunity and showcasing what our region has to offer.
“The Black Country is full of talent. Sometimes people simply need a stage and an opportunity. That’s exactly what Black Country You’ve Got Talent was created to provide.”
